📺Silent Film | Classic | 2AM In The Subway (1905) | Comedy| Short Subjec...

This silent film was created on 6-5-1905 by American Mutoscope and directed by Billy Blitzer. A policeman and a subway attendant are working very late at night in an underground subway station. In only 53 seconds, the film covers public morality, late-night after-partying, and a practical joke. Although the six actors involved are unidentified, aside from Sidney Olcott, who plays the inebriated man, the action is tightly coordinated in order to get all of the action into such a short film.
