Fibber McGee and Molly was a long-running and extremely popular radio comedy show which ran from 1935 to 1959. Then it went to TV. On the TV show, Bob Sweeney played Fibber and Cathy Lewis played Molly. The TV show was short-lived and only lasted until January 1960.
