This is from the original Dragnet 1951 TV Series which ran from 1951 to 1956. Jack Webb stars as Joe Friday, a detective on the Los Angeles police force. Ben Alexander plays Friday's partner. The staccato style is what set Dragnet apart. "Just the facts. ma'am" is a catchphrase made popular by the Dragnet TV series.
