Little Lulu is based on a comic strip created in 1935 by Marjorie Henderson Buell. The character, Louise Lulu Moppet, debuted in The Saturday Evening Post on February 23, 1935. She gained popularity quickly and has appeared in comic books, and cartoons. In 1995, Little Lulu had her own TV show for 3 seasons. This vintage cartoon was released on June 22, 1945. Lulu frustrates a photographer.
